Step 1: Install All-in-One WP Migration plugin
Go to your wp-admin navigate plugins -> add a plugin and search "All-in-One WP Migration". When you see click on install and then click on active.
You can download the All-in-One WP Migration plugin from here. After downloading go to wp-admin navigate to plugin -> Add New plugins page where you will see upload plugin. click on upload plugin select the zip file and click on install now and then active plugin.
Step 2: Export WordPress website
Click on the All-in-One WP Migration on the WordPress Dashboard menu.
There are some additional settings available on this page, which you can use before starting the export.
Find <text> Replace it with <another-text> in the database. This option will find text in the database and will replace it with another text. Here you can write the current server URL and replace it with a new server URL where you want to move your WordPress website.
Under the advanced options menu, you can also find some additional options for excluding some data. If you want to exclude some data then select from the option else just click on the "Export To" button. After clicking on the export to button you will see a dropdown menu open. In the free version of the All-In-One WP Migration, only the file option is available.
we are just going to export to file. This process will take some time, depending on the size of your website. In the end, you will see a Download button. Click on the download button to download the file.
Step 3: Import WordPress website
Where you want to import your WordPress website install fresh WordPress there.
After installing a fresh WordPress install and active All-in-One WP Migration plugin. After activating navigate All-in-One WP Migration -> import.
On the import, the page clicks from the button and navigate to the file you downloaded earlier. Once you choose/select your file you will see the uploading process on your screen.
When the upload is complete you will see a message "your data has been successfully imported". The final thing to do is log in to the new site. Your log-in credentials are the same as the old website. After logging in, from permalink link page in settings save it. Your site has now been migrated.
